The insulating film is hot pressed on the side plate of the PACK to protect the battery from direct contact with the metal plate and prevent the risk of leakage and high voltage breakdown. The bonding strength of the aluminum plate of this product is strong, the aging performance can reach more than 1000H, the product can be stored for three months, the temperature resistance is 105 degrees, the pulling force and shearing force can reach 7 MPa, and the bending and protrusions will not crack and resist Burn V0.
